The hosteria was clean, but the staff fought with and laughed at other customers. The rooms were very run down and uncomfortable.
The staff made little attempt to assist customers. The staff appeared disinterested. The staff did not want to refresh breakfast supplies for guests when stock had run out. I had to wear ear plugs so that when I moved in bed the noise wouldn't wake me up!

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and great transportation options. This hotel's employees went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing me with plates and utensils for my meals and allowing me to eat breakfast earlier than usual. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, catering to a variety of dietary restrictions. Plus, this hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and just a short walk away from the city center, making it easy to explore this city without needing a car. Additionally, this hotel was very clean, with great facilities and even parking available.
Everything was spot on. I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling to this city.

Big, extremely comfortable bed with high-quality mattress. Breakfast included and way above South American standard. Wonderful hot showers with high water pressure. Very friendly, helpful staff. OK, maybe not located in the center of town, but taxis are quick and cheap ( the receptionist will call a cab, costs about 30 Ar.Pesos = 6;- € ) and the walk to Calle San Martin ( city center ) takes about 25 minutes. But the hotel offers nice views towards the glacier Marcial or over the Beagle channel.

The internet connection was pretty good and the breakfast was decent, with a good selection of food and drinks. the hotel was located very close to the airport, which was very convenient for us.
We had to walk quite a bit to get to the city center, where all the main attractions were. the main road was very noisy, so we had trouble sleeping each night.

Helpful staff, front-desk people spoke good English. Largish room by what we've seen in Argentina to date; basic but comfortable. A bit out-of-town, but taxis are very cheap and easy to find in Ushuaia.

The hotel is ideally located, close to both the airport and the city center, making it convenient for travelers. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and come with fair-sized bathrooms, offering a pleasant stay. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view of the Andes from certain rooms, giving guests a truly memorable experience.
All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory and met our expectations.

If you request a room in the back (versus facing the street), it is very quiet. There are some nice open spaces on each floor that function as a type of "living room".
The breakfast was very basic and the coffee was bland.

On arrival we have been told that we don't get a double Room with one big bed, because we didn't add this note in the "remarks" of the reservation form.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The location was nice, with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. Plus, the breakfast was tasty and filling, with a good selection of options to choose from.
That the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which meant we had to take a taxi or walk a little ways to get there. But, we didn't mind the walk too much, as it was a nice way to stretch our legs and take in the beautiful scenery.
